Whitby Town

In 1951 the Lilywhites made the rare trip to Yorkshire as they were drawn against Whitby Town in the 2nd Round of the F.A. Amateur Cup. Whitby Town, who played at the Turnbull Ground in Whitby, were founded in 1896 as Whitby United.
