Enderby Town (Leicester United)
Today known as Leicester United, Enderby Town was founded in 1900 by a group of local quarry workers. It was not until the beginning of the 1982/83 season that they changed their name. Having originally played at the George Street Ground in Coleridge Drive, Enderby, they moved in September 1986 to a new ground (United Park in Blaby), though during that winter that had to play many of their matches on other grounds as there was problems with drainage at the new ground. The Club folded in 1996,
