Thetford Town, who were to later become Jewson League opponents of the Lilywhites Reserve team, were once regular opponents at Milton Road of the first team in the Theford Hospital Cup.
Founded in 1882, Thetford Town had first played the Lilywhites in the F.A. Amateur Cup in 1921.
