The only meetings between the Lilywhites and Billericay have been in the F.A. Cup, the first of those being in 1984. Billericay Town, who were founded in 1880, play at the New Lodge Ground, a ground that has been their home since moving from London Road in 1971.

18.9.1984 Cambridge City 3 - 1 Billericay Town after extra time 1st Qualifying Round Replay Played at Billericay, as the Lilywhites were without a 'home' ground as Milton Road was being re-built, the Lilywhites field the same team. Billericay took the lead before an equalising goal from Phil Hubbard forced extra time. The Lilywhites then went in front in the first minute of extra time from Phil Hubbard. Billericay would have pulled level but for a penalty save by the Lillywhites goalkeeper, Mick Tonner, and then seconds later Gary Grogan sealed the time for the Lilywhites.
