AFC Totton

Situated not far from Southampton. AFC Totton had been originally founded in 1886, before amalgamating with Totton Athletic in 1975. Since December 30th, 1933 they have played their home matches at Testwood Park, having originally played at South Testwood Park.

25.10. 2011           AFC Totton 2 - 3 Cambridge City                                                                                                                              The goals for the Lilywhites in the very first meeting between the two sides were scored by Gould in the 22nd and Hammond in the 44th and 51st minutes.

25.2.2012              Cambridge City 1 - 0 AFC Totton                                                                                                                            Dave Theobald scored the only goal of the match for the Lilywhites in the 48th minute.

15.12.2012             Cambridge City 0 - 0 AFC Totton                                                                                                                     Cambridge City team: Zac Barrett, Jackson Ramm, Death, Thoebald, Chaffey, Nightingale Ieuan Lewis, Cambridge, Hammond, Adam Marriott and Ashley Fuller. The only sub used was David Prada.

20.4.2013               AFC Totton 1 - 5 Cambridge City                                                                                                                        Cambridge City team: Barrett, Tom Pepper, Danny Blanchett, Theobald, Chaffey, Nightingale, Cambridge, Prada, Craig Calver, Marriott and Will Lawton. Subs used were Fuller and Darling. Tom Pepper opened the scoring in a game that really the Lilywhites could have scored more than five. Both Robbie Nightingale and Adie Cambridge scored with great strikes, with further goals from George Darling and a second for Tom Pepper.

Subs used were Joey Abbs, Chris Bacon and Luke Allen. Scorers for the Lilywhites were Marriott (2) and Prada.

8.3.2014                    AFC Totton 3 - 2 Cambridge City                                                                                                                 Cambridge City team: Barrett, Pepper, Brighton, Beasant, Chaffey, Beech, Burns, Martin, Prada, Marriott and Ramm. Subs used were Louis Lee for Lewis, Dawkins for Ramm and Steven Bundshuh for Martin. The Lilywhites were without the suspended Kelvin Bossman. Little did the Lilywhites think they they would be leaving Hampshire with no points at all having gone two up after just 12 minutes, both goals having been scored by Adam Marriott, but that is what happened. Especially with Totton lying 16 points below the safety line and almost certainly likely to be relegated. Despite this they were level at half-time and then grabbed the winner in the 89th minute from the penalty spot.
